I am a proven leader with a track record of directing complex, multi-agency operations that demand decisive leadership, strategic coordination, and unwavering accountability. Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered safe, successful outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

With 20 years of dedicated service in law enforcement, I have served in a broad range of operational and investigative roles, including patrol officer, evidence technician, canine handler, detective, and federal task force officer. I bring extensive experience in narcotics and firearms interdiction, supported by a strong investigative foundation built through complex cases conducted across New York State, throughout the United States, and internationally.

My work has been defined by collaboration, persistence, and results-driven investigations, often in partnership with federal and multi-jurisdictional agencies. From street level enforcement to long term, high impact investigations, my focus has always been on public safety, accountability, and measurable results.

Beyond my law enforcement career, I am deeply committed to youth development and community service.  I serve as a coach and director with the South Troy Dodgers baseball program, Vice President of Brunswick Youth Baseball, and a coach within the Tamarac School District.  Mentoring young people and giving back to the community are priorities I hold in high regard.

Most importantly, I am a proud father of three children, Carter, Colton, and Makenna, and a devoted husband to my wife, Jamie Ashe.  I am also a business owner and an active, respected member of the community.  My professional service, community involvement, and family life are all guided by the same core principles: integrity, service, and commitment.
